POST 2: The Best Concert

In 2012 I went to a concert of “Los Fabulosos Cadillacs”, I still have the ticket hahah, it was in the “Bicentenario de la Florida” Stadium, I remember I went with all my cousins and some friends, we were about 15 friends, and we start partying in my cousin’s house in Independencia, we are all fans of Los Fabulosos Cadillacs.

The opening act for Los Fabulosos Cadillacs was Santa Feria, we divided, and I went first with 5 friends, the most terrible was when we arrived at the stadium and I don’t find my ticket to entry, it was in my cousin’s house in Independencia, I had to wait to my brother who brought me my ticket about 2 hours outside the stadium hahaha.

When he arrived with our other friends and cousins we got just in time to the first song of Los Fabulosos Cadillacs and we start to dance and advance and we reached the first line of the concert hahah, we knew all the songs, we sang, we cry hahah, we laugh, and I went to a “stage” it’s a way of saying I was “swimming” on the people’s hands while a band is playing, it was a wonderful concert that I will never forget!

Hello everyone, this is the first time that I write a post on my blog, my name is Paulo, I'm 23 years old,  I'm in my 5th year of forest engineering. Post 4: A meal or food I really like

  OMG what a wonderful topic to write, I LOVE food, and I love to cook too. My favorite food is chard and spinach stew with stir-fried potatoes (I’m not very sure about the translate of “papas doradas” hahaha), it is my favorite since I was a kid, to made it you have to stir-fry chopped onion, garlic and cayenne with some spices such as pepper, salt and oregano, at the same time you have to boil the spinach and the chard about 3 or 4 minutes, and in another cooking pot you have to boil the potatoes, when the spinach and chard are ready you have to add the onion, garlic and cayenne, let it cook 5 minutes and add some milk cream and let it cook another 5 minutes, now only you have to stir-fry the potatoes, and now it’s ready to serve and eat! ÑAM! I really like this food because it’s too easy to do and tasty, and it’s very healthy because it had many vegetables, you can add zucchini to make it more abundant or you can add cheese and let it melt in an oven. 2nd Post

Hi everyone, when I was a child, I don’t mind so much about the future I guess, because I don’t remember any dream job or anything about it hahaha, in the middle school I always like language and history, I choose humanist as my study plan at the school, but at the moment of view my career options, I was looking for sociology, philosophy and forestry engineering, the latter have nothing to do with my study plan, but the description of the career kept spinning in my mind, well, I finally choose forestry engineering because I was selected to study for free, but only in statal universities and with my PSU score I was only available to study this career at Universidad de Chile, I don’t regret this decision because I met great friends, I have challenged myself and I have great experiences in this 5 years. Finally, I have to say that I would like to find a job where I can  help to restore the ecosystems and to stop the desertification.
